He completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in Seattle, Washington. He has a range of clinical experiences including in the public mental health system at Orygen, at the Austin Hospital and at Berry Street. He has also worked as a clinical supervisor and delivered training in settings ranging from schools, corporate settings and corrections facilities. He has worked as a Lecturer at the University of Melbourne. Elon is currently a therapist and clinical director at The Viewpoint.
