Tali Budlender (she/her)
PSYCHOLOGIST
Tali is a warm and approachable Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. She completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Deakin University and has worked in a range of public, private and not-for-profit mental health settings in Australia and New Zealand.
Tali works alongside clients to navigate anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, perinatal and fertility concerns, obsessive compulsive disorder, relationship struggles and neurodivergence. She draws on a range of approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and EMDR. Tali is particularly passionate about schema therapy, in which she was first trained in 2022. Since then, she has undertaken annual professional development in this area to extend her skills and provide clients with thoughtful, evidence-based care.
Tali aims to create a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their past and present. She balances deep listening and curiosity with practical strategies to practice beyond the therapy room.
